Purity Rings!!!

My little sister is a big fan of the Jonas Brothers

and I think that is a good thing. They consistently

prove why they are good role-models.

the biggest thing so far has been the

purity rings that they wear around their

hands. They are showing all young girls

that they should find a guy who wants to

wait and that it is ok to wait till there married.

The Huffington Post explains how they believe the

Jonas Brothers are excellent role models because of their

Are Ceelebrities Racist?

According to King Mag, some celebrities are racist and in his article he posted "The 10 Most Offensive Celebrity Racist Rants." Lets take a loook!!! (image taken from here)

This just shows that sometimes celebrities slip and although they probably arent racist it is interesting to see there comments.

Another Divorce!!!

Divorce is atarting to be one of the most

common things around. Seems like no one

can stay together anymore. This is definately the case

for a lot of celebrities out there.

recently, Kelis and Nas have filed for divorce. another blogger

wrote about how they had differences. They have filed for

their divorce papers and are definately going down that divorce hill.

As Paige wrote in her divorce blogs, a divorce is very hard and the people

Another Day Another Story

Another celebrity, another story, another drug overdose. Previously, I blogged about how celebrities abuse drugs so often because they can afford it. Well, surprise surprise, another celebrity has gone to the hospital and is being treated for possible drug overdose. When will they learn? Do they not realize that they are role models and kids and teens everywhere look up to them?

These are good questions that celebrities should ask themselves when they are about to do drugs. Daisy de la Hoya a VH1 star had to be rushed to the hospital due to an over dosage of drugs. After she was treated, a press release came out in Access Hollywood that there were no drugs involved she was just exhausted.

How many people honestly believe that story? It is insane as to how many celebrities take advantage of the power they have. This link shows how some drug abusers are treated but celebrities I am sure even in rehab receive special treatment. (image from here)

Inappropriate Much?

Throughout my blogs, you have read about

many celebrities who were good role

models but at the same time, you have seen

that there are many celebrities out there

who are bad role models.

Miss California is definitely a role

model out there and many people

look up to her but being in the

public eye is not always a good.

Carrie Prejean who was suppose

t0 be Miss California a good role-model

turned bad has recently been accused of having racy

nude pictures on the internet. The photo shows her topless.

This is definitely inappropriate due

to the fact that so many people look

Drug Abuse!!!

Drug abuse is a common factor around the world and many celebrities out there are definitely taking advantage. Many celebrities take advantage of the fact that they can afford drugs and many other inappropriate things. In ok magazine they posted an article about Paula Abdul and how she’s had a drug addiction and she is trying to get cleaned up. They stated that she has gone to many place to get clean and she is trying to be on her best behavior now. She had an addiction to pain pills but is currently coping with that problem.

Drug abuse is a serious issue and many celebrities don’t notice that they are role models for kids and adults out there. Unlike celebrities, many people do not have money to go to places that will rehabilitate them so that is also a downside. This link is also a helpful way to stop drug abuse. (image frome here)

Going Green!!!

Celebrities really do care!!!! As we celebrated, Earth Day this past week we see in the news how many people took advantage of the day and started networks to spread the word about staying green. On the website Earth Day Network, it shows how many people took action in a bunch of different ways. Well celebrities also decided to help our earth on this day. OK Magazine writes about how many celebrities hosted Earth Day parties to help raise money and to be eco friendly. Guests like Matthew McConaughey, Shawn Johnson and David Spade all went to The Malibu Lumber Yard a high class eco-friendly therapy center. Also, at a place called Kitson, Maria Menounos hosted a launch party for a new eco-chic line of clothing. (image taken from here)

In addition, as another blogger wrote about in his blog called, Global Warming, the price is right a very famous game show also celebrated Earth Day by making all its prizes eco-friendly. This sets a good example for many people and hopefully with the help of celebrities people will help take care of our environment.
